The commercial relations arising between HCC and the user who makes purchases through the web will be regulated by the following general contracting conditions together with the particular conditions that may be established
These conditions have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the text Consolidated General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws and any other regulations applicable to online purchases in Spain.
When carrying out the purchase process and its acceptance and payment, you accept without any reservation the general conditions as well as the particular conditions that may be established.
1.- PURCHASE PROCEDURE
The products that HCC offers in the store will appear reflected with their characteristics, price and photograph.

Financing conditions:

5.- DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS
Custom and standard products will be delivered to the delivery address determined by the user. We ship to Ceuta, Melilla and abroad with a transport cost supplement that will be notified to the customer at the time after payment.
The delivery time varies between 15 and 20 business days depending on the destination, and the product that the client selects that has to be made to measure and with the client's desired specifications. 6.- PRODUCT WARRANTY
In all products whose nature allows it, the guarantee will be two years from its delivery, unless another duration is indicated at the time of purchase.

7.- WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
The return period for purchases made by this means is 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, within this period the user can return the product in case of disagreement for any reason with the product received.

HANDMADE CUSTOM CLUBS is the trademark of MIGUEL ÁNGEL RAPADO MERINO with CIF 43135799N and tax address at Cicero, 12, 4ºB 07610, Palma de Mallorca, Spain and collects data from users of the online purchase service to manage the purchase and to make it possible to inform users about offers and promotions of HCC products by any means, including electronic means such as email.

10.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The regulations that will be applied through this portal for online purchases will be those of Spain. For any question related to the online purchase, the judicial competence will correspond to the judges and courts of the user's domicile. However, for cases in which the regulations provide for the possibility for the parties to submit to a jurisdiction, HCC and the User submit, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of Palma de Mallorca.
