Cancellation of an order:

You can only cancel an order if it has not yet been processed and invoiced.

To cancel an order you only have to notify us by email, providing us with the number of the order you wish to cancel. The money will be returned to you through the same payment method that you used to place the order.

Return of a product due to deterioration due to transport

1.2.2 In the event that the packaging of the received product reflects damage, our returns service will analyze the damage that may have occurred to the product derived from transport, and it will be at the customer's discretion:

The product provided that the general conditions of its initial state are not altered, the plastic seal is removed, which prevents it from being able to return it while preserving the original state intact, this being mandatory in the case of the right of withdrawal.

2.2 Refund of the order:

Once the product arrives at our facilities, a general review of the condition of the article will be carried out, after which:

2.2.1 In the event that the product is in perfect condition, the full price of the product will be paid to you within a period of 4 to 10 days (excluding the shipping costs that you paid at the time of purchase).

2.2.2 In the event of any damage or need for repair (other than those that you could have made known before exercising your right of withdrawal) you will not be able to pay the amount mentioned in section 2.2.1, leaving one of these two at your choice. options:

  1. Request the shipment of your product again (paying the forwarding costs) thus canceling the application of the right of withdrawal.
